Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 January 2024
ImgConverter (“imgconverter.app”, “we”, “our”) provides browser-based image conversion tools. This Privacy Policy explains what is collected, how your files are handled, and how data is protected.

Uploaded Images

We do not permanently store the images you convert. Uploaded files are processed securely and are held only long enough to complete your conversion or download.

  • Images are processed on ImgConverter servers.
  • Converted files are streamed directly back to your browser.
  • All uploaded files are automatically deleted within 1 hour.

We do not keep backups, archives, or manual access copies of your uploaded content.

Analytics & Cookies

We use lightweight analytics to understand overall site usage (for example: number of visits and most viewed pages). This information is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

Cookies may be used to improve functionality (such as remembering previously selected settings). You can disable cookies in your browser preferences at any time.

Security

All transfers occur over HTTPS. Temporary upload locations are isolated and cleared automatically. While we take reasonable steps to protect your content, no online service can guarantee 100% security.

Third-Party Links

ImgConverter may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, the “Last updated” date above will be revised accordingly.
